LMS has the capability of importing information from outside systems such as a PMS or other accounting system to populate the desired areas within the program.

Fields on the Import Forecast KBIs screen

Start Date

Select the start date for which the data is being imported.


End DateSelect the end date for which the data is being imported.

Script

Displays the location and name of the interface used for the database. The information entered in this field is for

Data File Path

Displays the name of the file to be imported.

Edit

Locate the desired data file that was created from an outside source.


Import

Initiates the import process.


Running the Importing Forecast KBIs task

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Planning.
    The Planning screen appears in a separate tab.
  3. Click Start/Update next to Import Forecast KBIs in the task list.
  4. Enter a Start Date and a End Date.

    Note: You can use the ellipsis to select a date.


  5. Determine if the Script and Data File Path are correct.
    • If the Script and Data File Path are empty: Contact UniFocus Tech Support.
    • If the Script and Data File Path are incorrect: Click Edit and locate the appropriate Script and/or Data File Path.
    • If the Script and Data File Path are correct: Click Import.
      A message saying that the data has been successfully imported appears in the bottom field.
