About Generating Schedules
The Generate Schedule task lets you run the auto schedule process for up to 13-weeks in the future. It also gives you the option of rotating your employees' days off. During this process, LMS automatically generates a schedule based on the following:
- Labor requirements
- Pre-schedules you may have created
- Each employee's required and preferred time off
- All jobs that an employee is trained to work
