Users tab

The Users tab contains a list of all users for the selected client. Clicking on a user in the list opens the User Details pane, in which you edit details and manage permissions and notifications for the selected user.

You perform the following tasks on the Users tab:

Filter

Filter the user list by user name.

Type the name in the field. The user list updates to match your entry.

 
+New User

Opens the Create New User User dialog box so that you can add a new user.

Show Active Users Only

Select to display only active users in the user list.

Only active users can log in to the UniFocus login screen.

Email AddressEmail address of the user.

Read-only.

Full NameFull name (first and last name) of the user.

Read-only.

Active

Select to activate a user. Clear to deactivate a user.

Clone User

Opens the Clone From dialog box so that you can copy settings from one user to another.

Edit User

Opens the Edit User dialog box so that you can edit user information.

Make/Remove Security AdminUse to add or remove a user's access to UniFocus User Administration.If a user does not have security administration access, the button is Make Security Admin. If the user has security administration access, the button is Remove Security Admin.

Survey Projects

Select tab to view the following buttons:

  • Add Permission.
  • Remove Selected.
This tab is selected by default.
Survey Email Notification

Select tab to view the following buttons:

  • Add Notification.
  • Remove Selected.
 
Add Permission

Opens the Add Permission dialog box so that you can grant a user access to view the dashboard for a selected project.

This button is only visible if the Survey Projects tab is selected.
Add Notification

Opens the Add Email Notification dialog box so that you can add a user to an email notification.

For more information, see the following:

This button is only visible if the Survey Email Notification tab is selected.
Remove SelectedAllows you to remove either a selected permission or notification from a user.

Property or Project information section(s)This section displays either a list of properties or projects.Individual properties and projects have their own panes that you can expand by clicking the + icon or collapse by clicking the icon.

If you select the Survey Projects tab, this section contains a pane for each property. Each property pane contains the following options:
ProjectName of the project.

Read-only.


Survey ResponsesSelect to allow the selected user to respond to surveys in a dashboard. 
AdminSelect to allow the selected user to upload interface files for the project.

If you select the Survey Email Notifications tab, this section contains a pane for each project. Each project pane contains the following tree menu:
Project and property tree menu

Each property is the top level of a tree menu. Click the + icon in front of the folder to expand the tree menu.

Notification types appear under the property.
