Monitor Participation with the STAFFScope Activity Report


Access the STAFFScope folder and click on Activity Report.

Select your project from the Property/Project list and ensure you select i.e. STAFFScope or STAFFScope Manager as the project. Enter the Start Date - this date is based on when the survey codes were loaded so typically go back a week or two from the start of your survey period. Select today's date as the end date.
USE THE START DATE PROVIDED IN YOUR LAUNCH INSTRUCTIONS EMAIL!

 

Click on Create Report:

 

 

The name of the property will be a hyperlink. Click the property name and get activity by department/sub-department.

 

Click the link and you will see a detailed list of codes that have been used. Below is for the associate's surveys:

The codes that have a blank next to them are still available for use. The codes with a date and time stamp indicate when that survey was submitted and that the responses from that code will be tabulated in the results.
For the manager's survey, you will see the actual emails of each manager and know when they took the survey or those who still need to take it. You can also edit the manager's email address and resend the survey link.
