Delete Job - Home Job Effective Date
Delete Job Scenarios:
Â
Recall that for the new Job Status Tab, everything centers around the date or date set. Â In terms of adding/editing or deleting items for a job, think about WHEN it will take effect.
- Current Date Set Job
- the current date set will be displayed by default with a Start Date and an open End Date
- Delete: Â Again, the current date set should be selected by default. Â To delete a job, highlight the job within that current date set and click on the delete icon in the Transactions Details pane. Â The user will then get a confirmation window verifying the job to be deleted.
- Future Date Set Job
- Suppose the user (or a manager for example) wants to edit a job to an employee profile that will take effect sometime in the future.Â
- Step 1: Add the future Date Set. futuredate.png
- Lets take a look at what this does. FutureDateSet.png
- Step 2: Highlight new Date Set.
- This date set will include all info from the previous date set. Â But now the user can delete any job (excluding home job) meant to be available in the future.
