Use the Who's In/Out screen to monitor which employees are are currently clocked on or off site and for which jobs they clocked in or out.
In the In-Out column, a green dot indicates that the employee is clocked in or returned to work from a break; a red dot indicates that the employee is clocked out or is out on a break. The On Site and Off Site columns display date and times that employees clock on-site or off-site.
Highlighted rows indicate that employees have clocked on-site and in to a job but are not scheduled to work.
Depending on your configuration and legal requirements, employees might have to clock on-site the moment they enter the property and wait to officially clock in to their jobs when they reach their work area. If this is the case, you would see an entry in the On Site column, but the In-Out column would have a red dot, indicating that the employees have not clocked in to their jobs yet. UniFocus Time Clocks can be configured to allow users to register themselves as Onsite or Offsite.
By default, all employees are listed.
