If one or more Time Clocks at your property have been configured to take a photograph when an employee enters a punch, you can view those photographs from the Punch Image Review screen.
Reviewing photographs in the image carousel
Access the Punch Image Review screen.
- In the upper right corner of the screen, select the slideshow view (
).
The view changes to show an image carousel. Select an employee from the list.
Use the Next (
) and Previous ( 
) arrows to view images associated with the employee's recent Time Clock punches.
An enlarged version of the image appears along with the date and time of the punch and the name of the Time Clock that took the photograph.
Or
Select a photograph from the thumbnails at the bottom of the image pane.

Reviewing photographs by date
Access the Punch Image Review screen.
- In the upper right corner of the screen, select the grid view (
).
The view changes to show images categorized by date. Select an employee from the list.
- Select an image to view.
