The Miscellaneous Income and Write Off Report gives a consolidated log of items entered as a write-off or miscellaneous income for any given period. The report displays data in either the Day Order or Account Order. Managers typically use this report to review postings to account numbers for accuracy before they hit the P&L statements

  • Used to view detail log of miscellaneous and write-off accounts.

Report Options

Period

Allows you to select the period for which you wish the report to run.

Display

Allows you to determine how you wish the report to be displayed.

  • Day Order. Denotes that you wish the report to display the date in the first column.
  • Account Order. Denotes that you wish the report to display the account number in the first column.

Running the Report

To run the report:

  1. Choose Accounting from the Reports menu.
  2. Choose Misc. Income and Write-Off Report.The report options dialog box appears.
  3. Select a Period from the drop-down menus.
  4. Select either Day Order or Account Order for the Display.
  5. Click the Run icon. The report is displayed.
