Hours & Costs Labor Analysis

The Hours & Costs Labor Analysis is used to review and critique the budget for the coming year.

Key Information

The Hours & Costs Labor Analysis details budgeted hours and budgeted dollars for each job. The report also summarizes the totals by department and division.

Report Options

Filter

Allows you to select which divisions, departments and jobs you wish to be displayed on the report.

Dataset

Allows you to select the data that you wish to view in the report

  • Year. Allows you to choose which year of the dataset you view.
  • Type. Allows you to choose which type of dataset you wish to view.

Running the Report

To run the report:

  1. Choose Periodic from the Reports menu.
  2. Click Hours & Costs Labor Analysis. The report options screen appears.
  3. Select the appropriate View.
  4. Select a Division and Department from the drop-down lists.
  5. Select the Year and Type for the Dataset.
  6. Click the Run icon. The report is displayed.
