About Exporting the Income Journal

After all data has been posted to the Income Journal, you can export it to an external file that is importable into your accounting system. The first time you export the Income Journal, you will need to contact Technical Support for information on how to correctly configure the file. After the initial configuration, it will not be necessary to contact Technical Support.

Exporting the Income Journal

To export the Income Journal:

  1. Click Export Income Journal in the Utilities menu.
  2. Enter the Start Date and End Date for the period.
  3. Click the Browse button and select the location where you wish to save the file.
  4. Click the Export button.
