The Market Segment Analysis allows you to view your budget for selected market segments, for either the coming year or for a particular month/period.

Shows Rooms, Business Mix, ADR, and Revenue for the budgeted year and comparative period. The report automatically separates weekend results and weekday results for easy analysis.

Report Options

Base Dataset

Allows you to select the data you wish to be displayed. Datasets consist of a Year and Type of data that are grouped in an organized manner.

  • Year. Allows you to choose which year of the dataset you view.
  • Type. Allows you to choose which type of dataset you wish to view.

Display

Allows you to choose additional options to be displayed in the report.

  • Market Group. Allows you to select the Market Group to be included in the report.
