About Audits

The Audit function allows you to view views all activity that has taken place during the period . For example, such as Environments that were associated, Earnings created, changes to Employee Sets, etc. This feature can be very helpful if you're trying to troubleshoot a problem , or just need to know if something was done.

Allows you to view

Allows you to view all changes that have been made or just those made by an individual.

Category

Allows you to view changes that were made in specific categories, such as Employee Sets, Assignments, etc.

Item/Sub-Item

Allows you to filter the list by "sub-categories" if applicable.

The employee ID number of who made the change.


Category

Filter by category.


Dates

View audits made during a specific period of time.

Allows you to view

View audits by the type of

change

changes made. For example, you can view changes that were only for additions to records, only for records that were deleted, or only for records that were modified.


Item

Filter by item.

Search

Search for employees by name or employee ID.

Other Actions

Allows you to Print the Audit Table and/or Export it as an excel file.

Opens a menu to perform the following task:

    • Print—Prints the information that is displayed on the screen.
    • ExportExports the information to a CSV file.
