To review your mystery evaluations please go to our home page at: www.unifocus.com . 

In the upper right hand corner you will see Customer Log-In. Please click on it and this page will appear:
  
Click on the left gold bar that says: SURVEYSolutions Log-In. Now this page will open up: 


 
 
 


Type your username and password, and then click the Log-In button. Check the "Save Password" box to keep your log-in information. It will take a few seconds to download and then this page will appear:

Click on Reports and a pull down menu will appear. Choose SERVICEScope- Hotel. (Click on Administration if you want to change your username and password).

This page will appear. Choose TOC in the blue toolbar above your hotel name:




This will open up the Table Of Contents:
