Welcome to UniFocus!
To review your mystery evaluations please go to our home page at: www.unifocus.com . 

In the upper right hand corner you will see Customer Log-In. Please click on it and this page will appear:
  
Click on the left gold bar that says: SURVEYSolutions Log-In. Now this page will open up: 

Click on Reports and a pull down menu will appear. Choose SERVICEScope- Hotel. (Click on Administration if you want to change your username and password).

This page will appear. Choose TOC in the blue toolbar above your hotel name:




This will open up the Table Of Contents:

The Table of Contents gives you these selections to choose from:

• Executive Overview - is the first page
• Executive Summary - highlights key components of the evaluation
• Dimension Report – Graph of DAP and Indexing
• Division/Department Report – Graph of areas under each division
• Department/Category Report – Graph of sections evaluated
• Missed Standards – pulls all standards missed for easy reference
• Detail Report – all standards evaluated
• Pictures – photographs of different areas such as guest room, room service delivery, etc.

To Download a report to PDF or Excel click on Download on the blue tool bar and this page will appear:

Choose which format you want to download in and what pages, then choose to View or Save. You can direct-email either the PDF or the Excel by choosing the Send option.
