Period

Select the period for which you wish the report to run.

Report Date

Determine the date through which the report is run.

Display              

Determine how you wish the report to be displayed.

• Gross and Net. Denotes that you wish the report to display both gross and net data.
• Net Only. Denotes that you wish the report to display only the Net data.
• Day-by-Day. Denotes that you wish the report to run in the Day-by-Day format which provides detail as it displays data for each day from the beginning of the period through the Report Date, as well as a total.

Show Statistics

Choose whether statistical data is displayed on the report. You can select any or all of the Statistics types.

Show Zero Lines

Choose whether you wish to view all lines, including those containing zeros, or not.

Show Notes

Determine what other information is included on the report.
