You delete a certification if it no longer applies to an employee or if the certification has expired and you want to remove it from

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Administration sectionAdmin section, select Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.

  3. In the employee pane, click the row of the employee you want to edit.

    The General tab updates with information for the selected employee.

  4. Click the Certifications tab. 
    For more information, see Certifications tab - Employee Maintenance
  5. In the certification Certification table, click the row of the certification you want to delete.
  6. Click Delete.
    A message dialog box appears. The messages asks if you are sure you want to delete the status. 
  7. Click Yes
    The dialog box closes, and the certification is removed.
