Spread standards are based on a previous assessment of staffing requirements on an hour-by-hour basis. Spread standards are most commonly used for table games, but may also be used for positions for which a flow has previously been analyzed and, as a result, flexible staffing already set up.
Spread Standards tab – field descriptions
Field | Description | Notes |
Shift | Allows you to determine which shift to associate with the standard. | READ-ONLY. |
Type | Displays one of the following:

From Volume/To Volume | The volume range of KBIs for the standard. If the number falls within the range of these values, the specified number of employees will be staffed. | READ-ONLY. |
Days of the Week | Volumes for each day of the week. A graphical representation of the values is displayed for each day. | READ-ONLY. |
Add Standard | Add a spread standard. Click to open the Add Spread Standard dialog box. For more information, see Add Spread Standard dialog box. | |
Edit Standard | Edit a spread standard. Click to open the Edit Volume Range dialog box. | This button is available only if you first select a spread standard. |
Delete | Delete selected spread standard(s). Click to delete the selected standard(s). | |
Edit Ranges | Edit and/or add volume ranges. Click to open the Edit Ranges dialog box. | This button is available only if you first select a spread standard. |
