Managers can only view reports for divisions, departments, or jobs to which they have access. 

In some instances of previous releases, when a manager with access to only certain levels of the labor structure tried to access a saved or shared report view, the report configuration screen allowed them to select from any or all divisions, departments, and jobs. Because of this issue, managers who should only have access to certain divisions, departments, or jobs were able to generate and print reports for all levels of the labor structure.

The software has been updated so that managers can only view reports for divisions, departments, or jobs to which they have access. 

When you select Print on the Employee Schedules screen, the Weekly Schedule report is automatically filtered to show only the schedules for labor structure levels that you selected in Employee Schedules.

When you select the Print button on the Employee Schedules screen, the Weekly Schedule report configuration screen opens in a separate tab. When you select Generate Report on the report configuration screen, the resulting report should contain only the schedules for the labor structure levels that you selected using the filters on the Employee Schedules screen.

In some instances of previous releases, when you selected Print on the Employee Schedules screen, the generated report contained schedules for all labor structure levels in the property. Filtered reports could only be generated by configuring the report directly from Reporter.

The software has been updated so that, when you configure and generate the Weekly Schedule report from Employee Schedules, the report is filtered to show only the schedules for labor structure levels that you selected in Employee Schedules.

When a property administrator grants a user access to Enter Actual KBIs, the user can access the screen as expected.

In some instances of previous releases, when a property administrator granted a user access to Enter Actual KBIs from the Security screen, the user was unable to access the screen unless they also had access to Edit Revenue Center Forecast Data.

The software has been updated so that when a property administrator grants a user access to Enter Actual KBIs, the user can access the screen as expected.

The Save button is available on the final screen of the Add Budget Line wizard, regardless of whether any changes were made.

You add a new Job line to the Budget Structure using the Add Budget Line wizard. The Add Budget Line wizard consists of four screens with a Save button on the final screen.

In some instances of previous releases, if you did not make any changes to the new budget line configuration after selecting a name, the Save button was unavailable for selection. Because all required fields are automatically completed by the wizard, the Save button should be available regardless of whether any changes were made.

The software has been updated so that, when adding a Job line using the Add Budget Line wizard, the Save button is available on the final screen of the wizard, regardless of whether any additional changes were made.

All labels in the Add Tip Pool Type and Add Sub-Pool Type dialog boxes appear as expected.

In some instances of previous releases, some labels appeared cut off in the Add Tip Pool Type and Add Sub-Pool Type dialog boxes of the Tip Pool Types screen. In the Add Tip Pool Type dialog box, the Daily Minimum Qualifying Hours label was cut off. In the Add Sub-Pool Type dialog box, the Allow Factor Adjustments, Allow Units Adjustments, and Allow Dollars Adjustments labels was cut off.

The software has been updated so that all labels in the Add Tip Pool Type and Add Sub-Pool Type dialog boxes appear as expected.
