Use the Schedule Label Addendum work rule type to add counts to labels that appear on the Scheduling screen. It includes the following work rules:
- No Op rule for schedule label addendum
- Between Dates Count Schedule Label Addendum
- Accrual Balance Label Addendum

Between Dates Count Schedule Label Addendum
Description | Apply this rule to count schedule labels between two dates and add the appended current count to each label. The count increases numerically. | |

Example(s) | If employees are entitled to 20 sick days (S) days per year, you can apply this rule to add counts that appear on schedule labels. These labels help both employees and managers to keep track of their remaining SP days. | |
Parameters | Parameter | Description |
Reference Date End | The date on which the labels will stop being counted. Example: If the count spans an entire calendar year, enter "12/31/17" or select "12/31/17" from the calendar menu. | |
Reference Date Start | The date from which the labels will start being counted. Example: If the count spans an entire calendar year, enter "1/1/17" or select "1/1/17" from the calendar menu. | |
Schedule Label | Define the label. For example, "S" for sick days. |
Accrual Balance Label Addendum
Description | Adds a count to labels based on the balance remaining of the configured accrual. The count decreases numerically to reflect the remaining days. | |
