The Earnings Approval Wizard appears when you select Earnings Approval Wizard from the Pay Period Management button ( ) on the Review Pay Period screen.

Note: You can approve only manually entered earnings; you cannot approve work rule-generated earnings. However, hours from rule-generated earnings appear in the earnings column so that you can see a complete overview of which earnings have been generated for employees.

Task performed from this screen:

Approve either individual earnings or all earnings for employees.

This table describes the default fields and controls for the Earnings Approval Wizard.

Approve All Earnings	Approves all earnings on the screen.
Reorder Columns	Opens a dialog box where you can specify the column order in the Earnings Approval Wizard. For more information, see Reordering columns in the Earnings Approval Wizard.

Approved	Check box to select the earning for approval.
Approval Level	Approval level assigned to the earning.	Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
Employee	Name of the employee with the earning.	Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
Employee No.	Unique identification number associated with the employee.	Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
Home Job	Employee’s home job for the selected property.	Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
Overtime	Total of manually entered Overtime earnings for the employee during the pay period.	Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
Double Time	Total of system-generated, fixed day, Double Time, and manually entered Double Time earnings for the employee during the pay period.	Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
