Creating the Hit List

Creating a Hit Lit in Config/View Budget

To create a hit list in Config/View Budget:

1. Click the Budget tab.
2. Select Configure/View Budget from the task list.
3. Double-click on the line to which you wish to add the Hit List. The Edit/View Line dialog box appears.
4. Select the_EPEP_ tab.
5. Click on the ellipses box and select a Vendor.
6. Enter a Threshold amount.
7. Click_Save_.
8. Click O.K.

Creating a Hit List in View Profit

To create a hit list in View Profit:

1. Select the EPEP tab.
2. Click on View Profit.
3. Double-click on the line to which you wish to add the Hit List. The View Profit Data dialog box appears.
4. Click the View Line Config button.
5. Select the EPEP tab.
6. Click on the ellipses box and select a Vendor.
7. Enter a Threshold amount.
8. Click Save.
9. Click O.K.
