Change Password

LMS provides a way to create a new password and/or change your security question if the need arises.

There are two ways to change your password/security question: 

• From the login page
• From the status bar of the program

Changing your password or security question from the login screen:

1. Select Forgot Password?.
2. Enter the login ID that was provided to you by your System Administrator.
3. Click Next.
4. Answer the security question.
5. Click Next.
6. Enter your new password.
7. Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
8. Click Finish.

Changing your password or security question from the user menus:

1. Click on the your login name in the User Menus.
   The Change Password dialog box appears.
2. Enter your new password.
3. Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
4. Use the Question drop-down list to select a security question.
5. Answer the new question, if appropriate.
6. Click OK.
   The dialog box closes and your changes are applied.
