Changing the Dataset

By default, Budgeting will open the Working Dataset that you last worked with in your previous session. You can see which dataset is open by looking at the information in the Status menu.

To switch the dataset:

1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
2. From the drop-down list, under the Financial section, select Budgeting.
   The Budgeting screen appears in a separate tab.
3. Click Change next to Change Working Dataset in the task list.
   The Change Dataset dialog box appears.
4. Select the Year of the Dataset.
5. Select the Type of the Dataset.
6. Click OK.
   The dialog box closes and your changes are applied.
