Viewing Topics

Use the "Expand All/Collapse All" tools to view the topics. "Expand All" opens the tree and displays all available topics. This is the default view. All topics are arranged in alphabetical order. "Collapse All" closes the tree and displays only the top level topics. This function makes it easier to locate a specific module. 

Searching for Topics

Click the Search field in the upper left corner to search for topics. All occurrences of this term will be displayed which allows you to cross-reference the term(s). You can click on any of the links provided to go to that page.

Downloading Topics

1. Open the appropriate page.
2. Click on the Tools menu in the upper right corner.
3. Select either Export to PDF or Export to Word.
4. Select either Open or Save the file.
5. Click OK.

To download a section to PDF:

1. Click on Browse on the left side of the upper blue bar (UF Logo, Spaces, People…).
2. Select the Space Operations tab.
3. Select PDF Export.
   1. Select Normal Export if you want to export the whole site.
      1. Click Export.
   2. Select Custom Export to export specific pages.
      1. Select/deselect the sections/pages you want to export as a PDF.
      2. Click Export.
4. Click Download.
   
5. Select Open to open the file, or select Save File.
