About Log Number Rooms Lines

Log Number Rooms lines are used to record the number of complimentary rooms. You would use this line if you have several comped rooms and don't need to know the specific room numbers, but still need to account for the rooms.

Adding Details to Log Number Rooms Lines (Room Log)

1. Click on the link for the Log Number Rooms line to which you wish to add details.
2. Enter a Reason.
3. Enter the Room #.
4. Click Add.
5. Click OK.
   
   

   Both the Log Room Numbers and Log Number Rooms can be used to record such items as out-of-service and house use rooms.
