From the Employee Maintenance screen, you can send Mobile App invitations to one or multiple employees—either active unregistered employees or new unregistered employees.
To invite employees to the Mobile App:
- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (
).
- From the drop-down list, under the Administration section, select Employee Maintenance.
The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.

- To invite one employee:
- In the employee pane, right-click the row for the employee you want to invite.
- Select Invite.
A confirmation dialog box appears. - Click Yes to confirm.
The invitation is sent.
- To invite multiple employees:
- In the bottom left corner (under the employees pane), click the Mobile Invite button ( ).
- From the Send to drop-down list, select either Active Unregistered Employees or New Unregistered Employees.
A confirmation dialog box appears. - Click Yes to confirm.
The invitations are sent.
- To invite one employee:
Employees receive an email invitation with a link to the Mobile setup wizard. Employees with both a valid email address and employee ID use the setup wizard to create their password and security question. When they complete the setup wizard, employees receive a link to download the Mobile App.
