From the Employee Maintenance screen, you can send Mobile App invitations to one or multiple employees—either active unregistered employees or new unregistered employees.

Notes:

  • New unregistered employees refer to employees who have been added within the last two weeks.
  • Employees must have valid email addresses and employee IDs in Employee Maintenance before you can invite them to use the Mobile App.

To invite employees to the Mobile App:

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon ( 

     ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Administration section, select Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • To invite one employee:
      1. In the employee pane, right-click the row for the employee you want to invite.
      2. Select Invite.
        A confirmation dialog box appears.
      3. Click Yes to confirm. 
        The invitation is sent.
    • To invite multiple employees:
      1. In the bottom left corner (under the employees pane), click the Mobile Invite button (  ).
      2. From the Send to drop-down list, select either Active Unregistered Employees or New Unregistered Employees.
        A confirmation dialog box appears. 
      3. Click Yes to confirm.
        The invitations are sent. 

Employees receive an email invitation with a link to the Mobile setup wizard. Employees with both a valid email address and employee ID use the setup wizard to create their password and security question. When they complete the setup wizard, employees receive a link to download the Mobile App.
