  • In the action row, click  .

Saving the current form values

In each report type, there are often sets of form values, or parameters, that you run frequently. The Save the current form values (  ) button allows you to save these sets of parameters so that you can apply them to a report.

  1. In the report for which you want to save the parameter set, complete all items on the screen
  2. In the action row, click  .
    The Save Parameter Set dialog box appears.
  3. In the Name field, type the name of the parameter set. 
  4. Click OK.
    The form values on the report screen are now saved as a parameter set.
