The Event Planning Period is the period of time for which you will be planning the new event orders.

 

 

  1. Above the Action Selection row, click the Scheduled Event Orders pane header.
    The At a Glance pane expands. It contains the following tabs:
          •   Operating Week
             Event Planning Period
             EO Analysis Period
          •   Advanced Filtering
    Each tab determines the information that you see in the other panes on Manage Event Orders screen.

  2. Click the At a Glance pane header.
    The At a Glance pane expands. The tiles feature gauges and charts that display information about event orders for that period. 

  3. The 
    contains tiles with information about a specific planning period. The tiles feature gauges and charts that display information about event orders for that period.  

  4. In the Event Order Selection pane, click the Event Planning Period tab.
    The Event Planning Period tab opens, and the following tiles appear:
    • Missing Information
    • Potential Problems
    • Event Orders w/ Most Labor
    • Overlapping Event Orders

 In the Event Planning Period tab, you can manage schedules for the next week.

Note: The planning period is determined by forecasting in the Planning screen.
