After you have redistributed work content, you are ready to analyze your plan.
- Change the bottom timeline view to Workflow view to display the work content that is distributed to your planned shifts.
For more information, see Controlling timeline views. - In the column menu, Make sure that System Projected hours is not selected. Should we also stress that Manager's Planned Hours should be selected?

Change the bottom view to the Workflow view, which displays the work content distributed to your planned shifts.
-Make sure that System Projected Hours is not selected in the column menu.
-From the column menu, go to Show Stats > all three options.
-Evaluate your plan compared to the system plan using the provided statistics of shift hours, distributed hours, and undistributed hours. It may be helpful to show shift utilization in the job view by selecting that option from the column menu. This will add a thin green bar to each shift that represents the amount of work content distributed to each shift.
