Terms and Definitions

Pay Code	Denotes the pay code in the payroll system that corresponds to the job.
Workers Comp. Class	Allows you to enter the code used to interface to payroll system.
TK Code	Denotes the code(s) from the time keeping system that corresponds to the job. If there are more than one, the data will be summed into the job
Reconcile Code	Allows you to add the Reconcile Code associated with the employee's job status. This code is used to import employee information from another HR/Payroll system. It is only visible if you do not use Pay Code Overrides.
