Adding a volume range

  1. In the toolbar, click the System Setup icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, select Labor Standards.
    The Labor Standards screen appears. Only the Planner Settings tab is open. 
  3. In the organization level menu, select the job for which you want to edit a spread standard.
    Additional tabs appear. 
  4. Click the Spread Standards tab.
  5. Click the spread standard you want to edit.
  6. In the lower left corner of the screen, click the Edit Ranges button (  ).
    The Edit Ranges dialog box appears.
  7. Click Add Range.
    A new volume range row appears in the dialog box. 
  8. Click the table cells and edit the values as necessary.
  9. Click OK.
    The dialog box closes, and your changes are applied. 

Editing a volume range

  1. In the toolbar, click the System Setup icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, select Labor Standards.
    The Labor Standards screen appears. Only the Planner Settings tab is open. 
  3. In the organization level menu, select the job for which you want to edit a spread standard.
    Additional tabs appear. 
  4. Click the Spread Standards tab.
  5. Click the spread standard you want to edit.
  6. In the lower left corner of the screen, click the Edit Ranges button (  ).
    The Edit Ranges dialog box appears.
  7. Click the table cells and edit the values as necessary.
  8. Click OK.
    The dialog box closes, and your changes are applied. 

Deleting a volume range

To delete a volume range from a shift, do one of the following:

  1. In the toolbar, click the System Setup icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, select Labor Standards.
    The Labor Standards screen appears. Only the Planner Settings tab is open. 
  3. In the organization level menu, select the job for which you want to edit a spread standard.
    Additional tabs appear. 
  4. Click the Spread Standards tab.
  5. Expand the shifts and click a volume range row to delete
  6. Do one of the following:
    1. In the lower left corner of the screen, click the Delete button (  ).
      A dialog box appears. It asks if you are sure you want to delete all spread standards for the shift.
    2. Click Yes.
      The dialog box closes, and all spread standards are removed from the shift.

Or

    1. In the lower left corner of the screen, click the Edit Ranges button (  ).
      The Edit Ranges dialog box appears.
    2. Click the table row for the volume range you want to delete.
    3. Click Delete Range.
      The volume range is removed from the table in the dialog box. 
    4. Click OK.
      The dialog box closes, and your changes are applied.
