Working with tiles

Each page contains tiles. The following procedures assume that have selected the page on which you will work with tiles. For more information on pages, see...

Adding a tile

You add tiles to a page.

To add a tile:

1. In the header section, click Add Tiles.
   The Add Tiles pane opens on the left side of the screen.
2. Click a tile meu to expand the section and view the available tiles.
   The tile meu expands and displays titles and descriptions of the that available tiles.
3. In the tile you want to add, click Add. 
   The configuration dialog box for the selected tiles appears.
4. Complete the fields as necessary.

5. Click Save. 

Editing a tile

1. In the tile you want to edit, hover the pointer in the header of the tile.
   An icon menu appears. 
2. Click the Tile Settings icon (  ).
   The configuration dialog box for the selected tiles appears.
3. Edit the fields as necessary.

4. Click Save. 

Filtering information that appears in a tile

Many tiles feature icons that you can use to filter or customize how you see information in the tile. 

When you hover the pointer over the icons, they become active.

The dot under the icon indicates the current view that appears in the tile.

To filter the tile:

• In the tile you want to filter, click on the icon for how you would like to view the information.
  The tile updates to reflect your selection.

Removing a tile

1. In the tile you want to delete, hover the pointer in the header of the tile.
   An icon menu appears.

2. Click the Remove this Tile icon (  ).
   The Confirm Tile Removal dialog box appears to confirm whether you want to delete the tile. 

   Note: You cannot undo a removal.

3. Click Yes.
   The tile is removed from the page. 

Moving a tile

You can move tiles around the page to your desired location.

To move a tile:

• Click in the header of a tile and drag it to your desired location on the page.
  The other tiles are rearranged on the page.
