Viewing Topics
Use the "Expand All/Collapse All" tools to view the topics. "Expand All" opens the tree and displays all available topics. This is the default view. All topics are arranged in alphabetical order. "Collapse All" closes the tree and displays only the top level topics. This function makes it easier to locate a specific module.

Using the navigation panel
In the left panel, the PAGE TREE displays the navigation for the entire help space. By default, you see only the top-level pages.
- To see all topics under a main page, click the expand arrow ( ).
- To collapse all topics under a page, click the collapse arrow ( ).
Searching for topics
Use the Search field in the upper left right corner of the page to search for topics . All occurrences of this term will be displayed which allows you to cross-reference the term(s). You can click on any of the links provided to go to that page.
Downloading Topics
- Open the appropriate page.
- Click on the Tools menu in the upper right corner.
- Select either Export to PDF or Export to Word.
- Select either Open or Save the file.
- Click OK.
To download a section to PDF:
- Click on Browse on the left side of the upper blue bar (UF Logo, Spaces, People…).
- Select the Space Operations tab.
- Select PDF Export.
- Select Normal Export if you want to export the whole site.
- Click Export.
- Select Custom Export to export specific pages.
- Select/deselect the sections/pages you want to export as a PDF.
- Click Export.
- Select Normal Export if you want to export the whole site.
- Click Download.
- Select Open to open the file, or select Save File.

In the Search field, type the name of a task or topic.
As you type, a drop-down list displays links to all relevant topics that match your query.- Do one of the following:
- If you see a match in the drop-down list, click to select it.
- If you want to see the search results page with all relevant topics, press the Enter key.
Exporting individual pages
- In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the ellipsis button ( ).
- From the drop-down list, select either Export to PDF or Export to Word.
The resulting dialog box depends on which Web browser you are using. - Follow the instructions in the dialog box to specify whether to open the file or save it on your computer.
