  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Administration sectionAdmin section, select Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.
    For more information, see Employee see The Employee Maintenance screen.
  3. In the employee pane, click the row of the employee you want to edit.

    Note: For information about filtering the employee list, see Filtering employees in Employee Maintenance.
    The General tab updates with information for the selected employee.
  4. Click the Assignments tab. 
  5. Click Add.
    The Add Employee Assignments dialog box appears.
  6. In the Assignment sectionFor descriptions of the fields and controls on this tab, see Assignments tab - Employee Maintenance
  7. In the table, click the row for the assignment for which you want to change the scheduling priority.
  8. Do one of the following:
    • To raise the scheduling priority, click Move Up.

      Note: The Move Up button is available only if an assignment is selected in the table and the the selected assignment is not Order # 1 (that is, the first row in the table).

      Or

    • To lower the scheduling priority, click Move Down.
