  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Administration sectionAdmin section, select Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.
    For more information, see Employee see The Employee Maintenance screen.
  3. In the employee pane, click the row of the employee you want to edit.

    Note: For information about filtering the employee list, see Filtering employees and information in Employee Maintenance.
    The General tab updates with information for the selected employee.

  4. Click the Time Clock Restrictions tab. 
    For more informationdescriptions of the fields and controls on this tab, see Time Clock Restrictions tab - Employee Maintenance.
  5. In the table, do the following for each restricted Time Clock:
    • Select the check boxes for the punch types to restrict.
      The employee will not be able to perform these punches at the Time Clock.
    • Clear the check boxes for the punch types to allow at the Time Clock.
      The employee will be able to perform these punches at the Time Clock.
