- In the toolbar, click the System Setup icon ( ).
- From the drop-down list, select Labor Standards.
The Labor Standards screen appears. Only the Planner Settings tab is open. - In the organization level menu, select the job for which you want to edit a spread standard.
Additional tabs appear. - Click the Spread Standards tab.
- Click the spread standard you want to edit.
- In the lower left corner of the screen, click the Edit Ranges button ( ).
The Edit Ranges dialog box appears. - Click the table cells and edit the values as necessary.
- Click OK.
The dialog box closes, and your changes are applied.
Deleting a volume range
To delete a volume range from a shift, do one of the following:
- In the toolbar, click the System Setup icon ( ).
- From the drop-down list, select Labor Standards.
The Labor Standards screen appears. Only the Planner Settings tab is open. - In the organization level menu, select the job for which you want to edit a spread standard.
Additional tabs appear. - Click the Spread Standards tab.
- Expand the shifts and click a volume range row to delete
- Do one of the following:
- In the lower left corner of the screen, click the Delete button ( ).
A dialog box appears. It asks if you are sure you want to delete the selected volume range. - Click Yes.
The dialog box closes, and the volume range is removed from the spread standard

- In the lower left corner of the screen, click the Delete button ( ).
Or
- In the lower left corner of the screen, click the Edit Ranges button ( ).
The Edit Ranges dialog box appears. - Click the table row for the volume range you want to delete.
- Click Delete Range.
The volume range is removed from the table in the dialog box. - Click OK.
The dialog box closes, and your changes are applied.
- In the lower left corner of the screen, click the Edit Ranges button ( ).
