Definition/Usage

Run—Creates and displays the report.

Export—Save the report as Excel (.xls), comma separated values (.csv), Acrobat (.pdf), or rich text (.rtf) files.

View

View—Select a set of pre-configured report options on which to run the report.

Save—Save changes to the current view.

Save As—Save multiple option selections/views to be used for running different scenarios for a report. This functionality saves you from manually selection a set of frequently used options.

  • View Name—Assign a name to a set of option selections.
  • Shared View—Make a saved view available for other users to access.
  • Re-Open this View on Startup—Select which view you want to always open when the option screen opens.

Delete—Delete unused option selections/views.

Back—Takes you back to the option screen.

Close—Close the screen without saving and return to the main screen.

  1. Click the Close icon when finished viewing. You are returned to the main screen.
  2. Re-run the report with new Options. (Click the Back icon and select new options OR select a different View.)
  3. Select one of the Actions from the toolbar.
