- Contact your UniFocus Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) and provide the following information:
Name of the message sender.

- The From email will always be noreplay@unifocus.com.
Default sender is System Broadcast.
- Subject of message.
- Message (limited to five paragraphs).
- Which properties should receive the message.
- When (day and time) the message should be sent.
Email Kris Ballew at kballew@unifocus.com with the details for the broadcast message.
Once received, Kris will send the broadcast at the specified time.
