1. In the schedule pane, select a group of shifts by doing the following:
   • Hold down the Ctrl key and drag over a group of shifts.
     The borders of the selected shifts are outlined.
     OROr
   • Hold down the Ctrl key and click on each shift you want to move.
     The borders of the selected shifts are outlined. 
2. Drag the selected group of shifts up or down on the schedule pane.
   The copies of the shifts appear on the schedule.
