LMS has the capability of importing Use the Import Forecast KBIs task to import information from outside systems such as a PMS or other accounting system to populate the desired areas within the program.

Import Forecast KBIs task
- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (

Image Added ). - From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Planning.
The Planning screen appears in a separate tab. - Click Start/Update next to In the Import Forecast KBIs row, click Update/Start.
The Import Forecast KBIs in the task listscreen appears.
Enter a Start Date and a End Date.

Note: You can use the ellipsis to select a date. |
- Determine if the Script and Data File Path are correct.
- If the Script and Data File Path are empty: Contact UniFocus Tech Support.
- If the Script and Data File Path are incorrect: Click Edit and locate the appropriate Script and/or Data File Path.
- If the Script and Data File Path are correct: Click Import.
A message saying that the data has been successfully imported appears in the bottom field.
