Budgeting
Account names with more than 45 character are now correctly displayed (13674)
In previous releases of the Budgeting module, when a regular hours account had a description that was over 45 characters long, the account was not displayed in the Regular Hours Account field of the Edit/View Line dialog box (Main Menu > Labor > Budgeting > Manage Budget Lines). In this release, regular hours account names with descriptions exceeding 45 characters are now correctly displayed.

Copying scheduled shifts to time cards (13907, 13932)
In companies that do not use Time Clocks, users must manually enter employee punches into employees' time cards, which is a time-consuming process.

offers an option for users with the appropriate permission setting to copy employees' scheduled shifts into their time cards.

) now includes a Copy Schedule to Actuals option. Selecting this option opens the Copy Schedule to Actuals dialog box, in which users can select the following:- The start and end dates for a date range (within an open pay period) for the scheduled shifts that will be copied into time cards.
- Whether or not to automatically approve the created shifts.
- The jobs for which the scheduled shifts will copy to actuals.
