Each page contains tiles. This section provides information on the following procedures:

• Adding a tile.
• Editing tile settings.
• Changing tile views.
• Moving a tile.
• Removing a tile.

The following procedures assume that you have already selected the page on which you will work with tiles. For more information on pages, see Pages...

Adding a tile

You add tiles to a page.

To add a tile:

1. In the header section, click Add Tiles.
   The Add Tiles pane opens on the left side of the screen.
2. Click a tile meu menu to expand the section and view the available tiles.
   The tile meu section expands and displays titles names and descriptions of the the that available tiles.
3. In the tile you want to add, click Add. 
   The configuration dialog box for the selected tiles tile appears.
4. Complete the fields as necessary.

5. Click Save.

Editing tile settings

After you add a tile to a page, you can edit the tile settings at any time. 

1. Hover the pointer in the title bar of the tile you want to edit.
   An icon menu appears. 
2. Click the Tile Settings icon (  ).
   The configuration dialog box for the selected tiles appears.
3. Edit the fields as necessary.

4. Click Save.

Changing tile views

Many tiles feature icons that you can use to filter or customize how you see information in the tilechange the graphical data views. For example, you can use the data icons to switch between gauge and bar chart views of a data set. 

When you hover the pointer over the icons, they become active.

The dot under the icon indicates the current view that appears in the tile. (In the example image above, the tile displays cost data in a bar chart format.)

To filter change the tiledata view:

• In the tile you want to filter, click Click on the icon for how you would like to view the information.
  The tile updates to reflect your selection.

Moving a tile

You can move tiles around the page to your desired location.

To move a tile:

1. Hover the pointer over the title bar of the tile you want to move.
   When the move pointer ( Image Added ) appears, you can drag the tile.
2. Click on the title bar of the tile and drag it to your desired location on the page.
   The Manager Portal rearranges the other tiles on the page.

1. Hover the pointer over the title bar of the tile you want to remove.
   An icon menu appears.

2. Click the Remove this Tile icon (  ).
   The Confirm Tile Removal dialog box appears to confirm whether you want to delete the tile.

3. Click Yes.
   The tile is removed from the page.

To move a tile:

1. Hover the pointer over the title bar of the tile you want to move.
   When the move pointer ( Image Removed ) appears, you can drag the tile.Click on the title bar of the tile and drag it to your desired location on the page.The other tiles are rearranged on the page.
