Declining Balance
The Declining Balance report is used in conjunction with the EPEP function (Expected Period end Profitability) to help you track expenditures based on your original budget for the month / period. This report requires that your system be set up to import or load actual results during the course of the month.

To run the report:
- Choose Comparative from the Reports menu.
- Click Declining Balance. The report options screen is displayed.
- Select the appropriate View.
- Select either Summary-Rollup Level P&L View or Detail-Account Level Data.
- Select Lines with Lines with Zero Values and/or Comments if desired.
- Select or de-select Budget Lines as needed.
- Select the Year, Type and Period for your Dataset.
- Select either Dollars or Percentages for the Variance.
- Click the Run icon. The report is displayed.
