Fields on the Change Planning Period dialog box

FieldDescription
Date range drop-down listSelect a planning period.
OKChanges the planning period.
CancelCancels the process of changing the planning period.

Running the Change Planning Period task

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Planning.
    The Planning screen appears in a separate tab.
  3. Click In the Change Planning Period row, click Open/Change next to Change Planning Period in the task list.
    The Change Planning Period dialog box appears.
  4. Select the appropriate date range.
  5. Click OK.
    The dialog box closes. Verify that the dates changed in the Status column.
