This section provides general details about the event. The header for this section is the event order number and the name of the event.

Event Order - details
EO #

Unique identification number for the event order.

Edit this field by changing the value directly in the field or by using the up and down arrows to the right of the field to increase or decrease the value by increments of one.

Although editable, the EO# should not be changed.

 

Event OrderTitle of the event order. 
Status

Status of the event order. Statuses include:

  • Canceled
  • Definite
  • IGNORE
  • Prospect
  • Tentative
 
Start Time

Start date and time of the event.

  • Date—Starting date of the event order. Edit this field by changing the value in the field or by selecting the date from the fly-out calendar menu.
  • Time—Starting time of the event order. Edit this field by changing the value in the field or by selecting the time from the drop-down menu.
 
End Time

End date and time of the event.

  • Date—End date of the event order. Edit this field by changing the value in the field or by selecting the date from the fly-out calendar menu.
  • Time—End time of the event order. Edit this field by changing the value in the field or by selecting the time from the drop-down menu.
 
Rooms - Click the Rooms section header to sort by rooms.
Icon column

Flag—Indicates that an event is "dirty," meaning that work content needs to be generated or regenerated for the event.

To quickly generate work content for this event, click the flag icon ( ).

Exclamation mark: Event exception (exc.)—Indicates that there is missing information or a potential problem.

 
Room column

List all the rooms where all events for an event order will occur.

Ignoring an event ensures that the UniFocus software will not calculate labor for the event.

Number of attendees planned to attend the event.

Edit this field by changing the value directly in the field or by using the up and down arrows to the right of the field to increase or decrease the value by increments of one.

 
Guaranteed

Number of attendees guaranteed to attend the event.

Edit this field by changing the value directly in the field or by using the up and down arrows to the right of the field to increase or decrease the value by increments of one.

 
Set

Set guest count.

Actual

Actual guest count.
