About Re-Projecting Labor

Re-projecting labor allows you to update updates your primary KBI values to reflect more current information , and re-generate your projections based on the updated values.

so you can re-generate your projected hours.

End DateDate on which to stop generating the projected hours.

Running the Re-Project Labor task

Generating Projected hours

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon ( Image Added ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Re-Project Labor.
    The Re-Project Labor screen appears in a separate tab.
  3. Determine whether you want to Show/Hide Historical Data and click the appropriate button.
  4. Click the appropriate cell to activate it and enter your data.

  5. Click the  Generate Projected Hours.
    The Generate Projected Hours button and dialog box appears.
    enter the requested information.
  6. Select the Division, Department, and Job to generate hours, or leave the default All selection to generate hours projected for the entire property.
  7. Click the Save button.

  1. Select a Standard Set if applicable.
  2. Select or de-select Recalculate KBIs and/or Log Work Calculations.

  3. Select a Start Date and an End Date for the projected hours.
  4. Click OK.
    The dialog box closes and a status window appears.
