Employee Sets

Employee Sets are groups of employees that you wish to use as a filtering mechanism help filter employees into groups. For example, you will use Employee Sets to designate which employees have specific work rules applied, as well as determine the employees that are affected by Tip Pooling types and many other functions.

Filters. Denotes the criteria that must be met for the Employee Set to apply. You can have one filter or multiple filters, as needed.

Punch Type Restrictions. Determines whether a button is displayed to employees on the time clock, and if so, how many fields are displayed. The employee is asked to enter the data requested in the fields. For example, if you select Allow Memo 1, the employee will see a button when they punch in. When they click the button, they are asked to input data such as number of rooms cleaned, etc..

Work Rules

Allows you to determine which Rule Types and Work Rule Sets are associated with the employee set. To determine which Work Rule Set is associated with a Rule Type, you click in the field beside the Rule Type and select a Work Rule Set from the drop-down menu.

Earning Type RestrictionsAllows you to determine which Earning Types can not be associated with this Employee Set.
