Monthly Forecast

The Monthly Forecast Report allows you to view the forecast, by day, for Rooms, ADR, and Revenue for each Market Segment; and Rooms, ADR, Revenue and RevPar for each Group and Hotel total. The report is broken out by Market Segment by Group and displays data for days 1 - 31.

Report Options


  • Dataset. Allows you to select the dataset that you wish to view in the reportSelects a dataset.
  • Period. Allows you to determine Selects the period of time for the report will cover.


Running the Report


To run the report:


  1. Choose Monthly Forecast from the KBI Reports menu.
  2. Select a Year and Type for the dataset.
  3. Select a Period.
