Request Status Section
Status

Select the request status to display:

    • Pending—An ongoing request. The employee is not scheduled for a shift until the request is approved.
    • AcknowledgedAutomatically updates the employee's schedule availability in Employee Maintenance
    • Rejected—The employee is not scheduled for the shift.
Send Email notification to employeeSends an email to the employee about the request.
Send Mobile MessageSends a message about the request to the employee's phone.
Changed byDate of which a request must be acknowledged by.
Changed onDate of which a request was changed on.
Email SentDisplays if an employee receives an email about the request.
Buttons
OKChanges are made to the request and updates to the employee's schedule.
CancelCancels the availability request.
