Request Type | Select the view for the Employee Requests screen. Options include: | Default: Time Off Requests. Availability Requests/Logs and Shift Requests appear only if an employee has submitted a request through the Mobile App. |
Request Status | Select the request status to display:
| Default: All. |
On or After | Displays requests from a specific date and any requests after that date. To change the date, either type a date in the field or select a date from the calendar menu. | Default: current date. |
Filters by division, department, or job. | ||
Search | Search for employees by name or employee ID. | |
Print Export | Opens a menu to perform the following task:

Employee Name | Name of employee. | READ-ONLY. |
Emp. ID | Unique identification number of the employee. | READ-ONLY. |
Description of Changes | Employees' state times when they prefer to work along with saying and times they no longer can work. | READ-ONLY. |
Status | Status of the availability/logs request. | READ-ONLY. |
Entered on | Date on which the request was submitted. | READ-ONLY. |
